A free supply of BAFIERTAM to allow patients to start therapy immediately while Cycle Vita assists with reimbursement research. The Bridge Program is also available to existing patients who are temporarily experiencing disruption in therapy due to insurance coverage.
Bridge duration is driven by insurance coverage and the active pursuit of insurance coverage by the patient’s healthcare provider.

Appeals*
Where an appeal is needed, the experienced team at Cycle Vita will work with your patient’s payor to understand the requirements and help with reimbursement gaps.

Cycle Vita will proactively remind you when your patients’ BAFIERTAM prescriptions need to be renewed, to ensure an uninterrupted supply of therapy.

QuickStart Program
Banner’s QuickStart Program allows you to start all new patients on therapy by providing a 30-day supply of BAFIERTAM at no cost while insurance benefits are secured.
Bridge Support Program
The Bridge Support Program can provide BAFIERTAM to eligible patients at no charge to avoid therapy interruption.
